This paper, accordingly, is aiming to identify the effect of social philanthropy on management performance in financial performance and non-financial performance, then to suggest strategic implications to the practical hospital business environment. By analyzing social philanthropy activity types and its importance for each type, this paper is expected to suggest optimized social philanthropy plan for large hospitals. Moreover, we additionally expect to confirm the moderating effect of degree of social philanthropy activities, to see how different the performance is on the dependence of the degree of social philanthropy activities. Especially, it is highly needed to measure financial performance indicators and non-financial management performance indicators and to clearly identify the performance of social philanthropy activities of companies, which will be differentiated against the current studies on management performance of companies. 摘要

大型医院一直在开展社会慈善活动,但一直没有对受社会慈善活动影响的医院绩效进行批判性研究。因此,本文旨在从财务绩效和非财务绩效两方面来确定社会慈善事业对管理绩效的影响,进而对医院实际经营环境提出战略建议。通过分析社会慈善活动类型及其对各类活动的重要性,提出优化的大医院社会慈善计划。此外,我们还希望确认社会慈善活动程度的调节作用,看看绩效对社会慈善活动程度的依赖有多大差异。尤其需要衡量财务绩效指标和非财务管理绩效指标,明确企业社会慈善活动的绩效,这将与目前对企业管理绩效的研究有所区别。因此,本研究将对社会慈善活动的类型进行考察和分类,并将其分为财务绩效和非财务绩效两部分进行绩效分析,为医院实际经营环境下的战略规划提供一个重点。
