Based on the processing results of different video with the approximation functions studied, the best suitable function has been chosen. Compared with the traditional motion compensation method, the usage of the proposed method in the considered video codec can reduce bitrate up to 20% for good reconstruction quality PSNR = 40 dB and up to 33.5% for excellent quality PSNR = 42 dB for frame splitting case 16x16. 摘要
