Comparison of Measured and Simulated Data of Shielding Effectiveness, Reflection and Absorption of Electromagnetic Field
This paper deals with the comparison of shielding efficiency, the reflection of electromagnetic field absorption. Measured data from the anechoic chamber and simulation data from the HFSS program were used as comparison data. The measured object was a brick wall. The results were compared in the frequency range from 1 GHz to 9 GHz. The result of this research is a comparison of the results and finding out how these results are different. The results show that the difference between the measured and simulated results is 5 – 25 percent. The highest differences were in the frequency range from 5 GHz to 9 GHz. The purpose of the article was to determine whether the HFSS program is suitable for these simulations.
