The dynamic mathematical model about temperature and humidity of this situation is analyzed in this paper. The changes of temperature and humidity in greenhouse are not the simple linear process but the complicated nonlinear process. The nonlinear theory and method are used to analyze controller's parameters in order to meet the optimal quadratic performance indexes.
