By using purposive sampling method, 76 respondents were selected from 93 employees of CV Anggraini Sejati Cemerlang. The results of the analysis using SEM PLS show that (1) Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) Competence has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) Readiness to change does not mediate the influence of both transformational leadership and competence on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析Covid-19大流行期间变革型领导和能力对员工绩效的影响,无论是直接影响还是通过变革准备的中介作用。采用目的抽样的方法,从CV Anggraini Sejati cermerlang的93名员工中选出76名受访者。SEM PLS分析结果表明:(1)变革型领导对员工绩效有正向影响;(2)胜任力对员工绩效有正向影响;(3)变革准备度不中介变革型领导和胜任力对员工绩效的影响。基于本研究的结果,期望领导者继续采用和改进变革型领导风格,并不断鼓励员工超越,提供培训,为员工提供以自己的方式解决问题的机会,并感谢员工的贡献。管理层需要通过持续提供工作培训来提高员工的能力,这样他们就可以更多地了解自己的工作,员工也可以有聪明的想法来推动公司的发展。
