摘要

随着深部煤矿开采的逐步发展,对巷道支护强度的要求也越来越高。普通注浆材料不能注入超细孔隙,其固结体抗拉强度不高。因此,本文采用超细水泥和碳纤维作为注浆液的原料,增加其细孔的可注射性,提高固结体的抗拉强度。通过不同碳纤维掺量的试验设计,确定了最佳掺量配比的注浆材料。试验结果表明:注浆材料与级配砂混合配制试验块后,碳纤维掺量为1%时注浆材料力学性能最佳,抗压强度为17MPa,抗拉强度为1.34MPa。
