Two parameters ‘‘node-agent’’ and ‘‘security degree’’ are initially defined to computeresulting network performance. The developed model comprising 5 regions (4 communities and an‘‘EXTERNAL’’) built in C++ has proved that communication can be established under even weak ‘‘definedcooperation’’.
