摘要

社区居家养老服务是中国老年人的首选。分析老年人满意度的影响因素，有利于未来社区服务质量的提高和老年人晚年幸福感的提高。本文通过实地走访、问卷调查的方法，对接受社区居家养老服务的老年人进行调查，获取数据。通过数据分析，得出影响老年人满意度的关键因素是服务中心的服务质量。本文的创新之处在于在传统ACSI模型的基础上构建社区居家养老满意度模型，力求通过提高关键因素的作用，实现老年人幸福感的最大化。
