The research methodology is as follows: to study the learning and teaching problems on the navigation aid system course, to develop the MISDOP based student-centered learning process in practical teaching, to develop the localizer transmitter laboratory, and to evaluate the quality of the experimental based learning and teaching process. The results shown that the expert’s opinions on the developed MISODOP based learning process were found reasonably at a high level.
