高校创新创业教育是建设创新型国家的重要保障。参考三螺旋理论,分析高校创新创业教育的影响因素,构建不同学科间自发耦合、协同互联的高校创新创业教育生态体系,充分发挥“政产学研”模式的资源集聚优势。并聚集螺旋展开力。提出了构建高校创新创业全流程教育体系、构建多元化创新成果孵化平台、建立创新创业金融支持体系、引领内外共生创新创业文化发展等措施。探索高校创新创业生态系统优化路径。
