At the 2018 National Education Conference, General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that Enhance Morality and Foster Talents should be run through the field of vocational education, and should be integrated into ideological and moral education, cultural knowledge education, and social practice education. However, under the complicated background of social temptations and fierce professional competition, secondary vocational students in the transition period of physical and mental development will inevitably have a variety of psychological confusion and problems in the process of learning life from the general education to vocational education, Leading to psychological imbalances and personality deviations. 摘要

人格偏差是人格发展的一种不良状态,表现为发展性心理问题、适应性心理问题、人格障碍心理问题。中职学生受教育类型和身心发展阶段的特殊性,使其容易出现人格偏差。本文以杨丽珠等人提出的初中生人格结构理论为基础,从外向性、智力特征、认真自我控制、情绪稳定、亲社会五个维度提出相应的心理健康教育措施,以达到培养中职学生健全人格和职业道德的目的。然而,在复杂的社会诱惑和激烈的专业竞争背景下,处于身心发展过渡期的中职生在从普通教育向职业教育的学习生活过程中,难免会产生各种心理困惑和问题,导致心理失衡和人格偏差。目前的研究大多集中在提出如何培养中职学生健康人格的教育对策上,而关于如何打破中职学生心理失衡、弥补中职学生具体人格维度缺失的心理健康对策研究较少。
