摘要

随着数字化时代大数据网络技术的发展和网络技术的推广,大数据同时融入不同行业部门实现互联网绩效管理,提升企业人力资源绩效管理活动的新视角。今天的互联网、云计算、物联网等工业技术经历了反复的变革,呈现出前所未有的景象。目前,企业人力资源绩效管理的主观意识太强,缺乏客观的数据认识,大数据人力资源管理的理论框架没有得到充分应用。本文从数据源、采集、集成和分析四个方面对数据系统进行了重构。从制度上创新人力资源绩效管理方法,为人力资源绩效管理提供更加科学、具体的思路。
