Research data is primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale distributed directly to all research respondents. The sample in this study were employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the scope of the Regional Secretariat of East Halmahera Regency with a total of 105 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results obtained by the regression equation . The partial analysis results obtained t test, organizational commitment of  leadership style of (6,1434), organizational culture of  table  then  is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a partial effect on employee performance. While the results of the simultaneous analysis using the F test obtained the calculated F value (69,032) > F table then  s rejected. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨组织承诺、领导风格、组织文化等自变量对因变量员工绩效的影响。研究数据是以问卷形式的原始数据,李克特量表直接分发给所有研究受访者。本研究的样本是东哈马黑拉县区域秘书处范围内的国家民事机构(ASN)雇员,共有105名受访者。本研究的数据分析方法采用多元线性回归分析。结果由回归方程得到。部分分析结果得到t检验,领导风格的组织承诺(6,1434)、组织文化的表则被拒绝。因此可以得出结论,对员工绩效有部分影响。而同时分析的结果采用F检验得到计算的F值(69,032)> F表然后被拒绝。由此可以得出结论,组织承诺、领导风格和组织文化共同作用(F检验)对East Halmahera区区域秘书处ASN员工的绩效有正向影响。
