摘要

本研究基于对243家华南地区服务企业的调查，分别考察了关系嵌入性和网络能力对服务创新绩效的影响，并探讨了网络能力在关系嵌入性与服务创新之间的中介作用机制。结果表明:关系嵌入性和网络能力对服务创新绩效均有正向影响;网络能力在关系嵌入性与服务创新绩效之间具有完全中介作用。
