摘要

目前35kV以下数字化变电站的过程级和间隔级有三种不同的结构;它们是IEC61850-9-1标准,IEC61850-9-2标准和小模拟信号传输标准。针对三种结构的特点和对非有效接地系统故障线路检测装置的特殊要求,提出了三种不同结构的数字化变电站线路检测装置的设计方案。并对三种设计方案的优缺点、共性及技术经济性进行了深入分析。结合电子变压器的特点和35kV以下系统对技术经济性的要求,提出了35kV以下数字化变电站基于小模拟信号采样的分布式线路检测设计,该设计通用性最高,技术经济性最佳。
