It is important to support and functionally use strengths at school. For this reason, the Ministry of National Education has included strengths in classroom guidance programs. Strengths can be used especially in psychological counseling and guidance services. In this study, a strengths-based psychoeducation program was prepared. The sub-purpose of the program; understanding strengths, classifying character strengths, discovering strengths, recognizing strengths from the eyes of others, identifying areas where strengths can be used, using strengths in school success and daily life. The program is aimed at adolescents and students from grade 7 to grade 12 can benefit. Each session is 40 minutes and 6 sessions in total. The program is not experimentally tested and is of a hypothetical type.
