The Spatial Data Sharing Web Feature Service in Earthquake Disaster Prevention and Mitigation
This paper constructs a data sharing platform by OpenGIS technology. By using web feature service (WFS), the spatial data circulation can reduce disaster, and carry on the disaster reduction work. We construct the server based on open source software named GeoServer. By using WFS, users can communicate with the server through the communication protocols and execute feature operation to the raw geography data file, database. For instance it can display feature elements directly, such as destroyed roads, house, bridge, etc. Meanwhile it can realize the real-time disaster data management, thus promote the usability and validity of earthquake disaster data sharing.
