In the present report, three seed priming including hydro-priming, glycerol (%1) and potassium chloride (KCl) of 5% were compared to control (no-priming application). Findings have shown that seed priming with glycerol significantly accelerated germination time in beautiful vavilovia. Despite better germination time with hydro-priming after glycerol, hydro-priming had almost similar to control. Germination was stalled off at KCl treatment indicating that beautiful vavilovia could be salt susceptible.
