摘要

职业认同是各行各业从业人员应具备的基本素质,高职院校在教学中培养学生的职业认同更为必要。对于幼教专业的培养,课程设计中缺少一些能够向学生传达幼教教师专业身份的项目,导致很多毕业生缺乏专业信念,从而使整个幼教团队分散混乱,难以提升专业水平。因此,本文拟结合培养专业认同的必要性,探讨培养学前教育专业专业认同的策略,希望对相关工作有一定的参考价值。
