The aim of this study is to investigate causal link between behaviour prediction and service intention to use. We tested our hypothesis with 157 elderly people (M: 75, 1 years old; SD: 6, 5). Using Partial Least Square path modelling approach (SmartPLS software), our findings tend to demonstrate on the one hand that utility and usability have direct link with behaviour intention.
