The purpose of this study is 1) To describe the motivation of leadership, work discipline, internal control on the performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze the motivation of leadership partially significant effect on the performance of employees, 3) To test and analyze the work discipline partially significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that the motivation of leadership, work discipline, and internal control simultaneously have a significant influence and have a very significant effect on improving employee performance. Leaders motivation, work discipline, and internal control individually / partially have a significant and significant influence in improving employee performance. 摘要

本研究在Samsat Pamekasan联合办公室进行,研究样本数量多达34名员工。本研究的目的是:1)描述领导动机、工作纪律、内部控制对员工绩效的影响;2)检验和分析领导动机对员工绩效的部分显著影响;3)检验和分析工作纪律对员工绩效的部分显著影响。研究结果表明,领导动机、工作纪律和内部控制对员工绩效的提升同时具有显著影响,且具有非常显著的效果。领导动机、工作纪律和内部控制单独或部分地对提高员工绩效有显著和显著的影响。因此可以得出结论,本研究中的每个自变量都对员工的绩效有影响。关键词:领导动机、工作纪律、内部控制、员工绩效
