The researcher adopted the quasi-experimental design. The Participants of the study were seventy four fourth year faculty of International Business Administration students at for Management Sciences. A checklist was designed by the researcher to identify the required persuasive speaking skills for fourth year international business administration students. A persuasive speaking skills test was designed by the researcher and used as a pre-posttest. A speaking anxiety scale was designed by the researcher.The researcher used some TED Talks in teaching the experimental group, while the control group received regular instruction in the second semester of the academic year (2020-2021). Data were analyzed statistically by SPSS.
