We investigated various planar ring hybrids realized in microstrip, coplanar waveguide (CPW), conductor-backed coplanar waveguide (CB-CPW), and CPW-slotline technology, respectively. All couplers are designed for center frequency of 3 GHz and 3 dB coupling.
