Due to the explosive growth of network learning resources, it brings users the problem of how to use resources scientifically. At the same time, a large amount of data generated in the learning process provides a solution for personalized service. Focusing on the practice of military vocational education reform, this paper studies and designs a personalized learning system, which mainly includes five modules: user learning situation analysis, professional knowledge structure, personalized service, interface presentation and data storage. It focuses on analyzing the characteristics of learning situation by adopting different big data analysis methods from two aspects of knowledge level and learning style, so as to realize the accurate push of learning content, resources and activity sequence.
