The paper reviews the damage of 3.11 in Japan. Next is an analysis of the results of questionnaires to find the best ICT solutions for elderly people in order to reduce the damage of disasters. Finally, these were evaluated against the availability of special infrastructure, devices interfaces, and services and applications for elderly people in Japan.
