Taking China's coal listed companies from 2013 to 2018 as samples, this paper studies the mechanism of de-capacity stickiness in the coal industry. The results indicates that there is de-capacity stickiness in coal listed companies, and the stickiness of state-owned enterprises is more significant than that of non-state-owned enterprises; the return on net assets is inversely related to de-capacity stickiness; labor intensity is positively related to de-capacity stickiness. 摘要

目前,在业务量下降的情况下,如何有效化解产能过剩已成为煤炭企业面临的最大问题。本文以2013 - 2018年中国煤炭上市公司为样本,研究煤炭行业去产能粘滞机制。结果表明:煤炭上市公司存在去产能粘性,国有企业的去产能粘性比非国有企业的去产能粘性更显著;净资产收益率与去产能粘性呈负相关;劳动强度与去产能粘性呈正相关。结果表明,如何利用好资源,通过智能化和自动化来提高净资产收益率,降低劳动强度,是减少去产能的有效手段
