摘要

目的:本文报告一例以linac为基础的放射手术(SRS)治疗多发性脑转移瘤。材料与方法:对多发脑转移的SRS进行病例报告和相关文献综述。结果/病例研究:本病例报告一非小细胞肺癌患者，诊断为9个脑转移灶，接受SRS治疗。在随访期间，所有脑病变均表现出完全缓解，对患者生活质量的影响最小。
