THEATRICAL PEDAGOGY AS AN EFFECTIVE TOOL IN TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

The article touches upon the problem of motivation of modern schoolchildren to learn foreign languages. A special place is given to the use of theatrical pedagogy in the process of teaching foreign languages. The authors reveal the theoretical foundations of theater pedagogy, as well as the main aspects of its application to build a more effective process of teaching a foreign language. Teachers share their experience of using the theater space, show by examples the effectiveness of language material through theatrical productions.
