摘要

铝酸钠溶液组分浓度的测定是氧化铝生产过程中至关重要的环节,它直接影响到产品的质量。但目前还不能在线测量,难以实现控制和优化运行。本文提出了一种在线模糊建模方法来预测各组分的浓度。它包括一种在线聚类方法,可以应用于一般类型的模糊TKS模型。给出了模糊规则的前提部分和结果部分的稳定学习算法。研制了一种测量装置,并在氧化铝生产过程中进行了工业试验,预测结果表明了该方法的有效性。
