摘要

为了适应大规模并网风电,需要在系统调度决策中合理配置备用容量。但风电的不确定性增加了系统在备用容量优化配置中的经济成本,也加大了安全风险的协调难度。针对这一问题,建立了经济调度前瞻性风险决策模型,以降低未来时段调度计划实施中的风险。该模型通过对风电输出随机情景的概率分析,合理优化各机组的输出计划和系统的备用容量,增强调度决策的安全经济协调性。在IEEE 30总线系统中的仿真结果验证了该模型的合理性和有效性。
