摘要

本研究旨在透过顾客满意作为中介变量,分析服务品质与消费者信任对顾客忠诚的影响。本研究采用定量数据。数据收集的方法是使用李克特量表测量问卷。本研究的抽样技术采用非概率抽样技术,样本为100名受访者。在此数据处理中使用SmartPLS。结果表明:服务质量对顾客忠诚有正向影响,消费者信任对顾客忠诚有正向影响,服务质量对顾客满意有正向影响,消费者信任对顾客满意有正向影响,顾客满意对顾客忠诚有正向影响;服务质量不通过顾客满意作为中介变量影响顾客忠诚,消费者信任通过顾客满意作为中介变量影响顾客忠诚
