Basic output equation is used for the design algorithm. Output of the developed CAD program gives the design data and the same is validated by FE analysis. 摘要

本文介绍了永磁无刷直流轮毂电机的计算机辅助设计。利用开发的CAD程序,设计了用于吊扇应用的30w, 48v, 310 rpm PM无刷直流轮毂电机。假设设计变量如气隙和铁中的磁通密度、槽空间系数、电机堆长、气隙长度、磁极数等。设计算法采用基本输出方程。所编制的CAD程序输出设计数据,并通过有限元分析进行验证。本文还对所设计的永磁无刷直流轮毂电机进行了参数分析,并给出了参数分析结果。

Computer Aided Design and FE Analysis of a PM BLDG Hub Motor
