Based on the valid sample data of 316 knowledge workers, using the structural equation model and bootstrap method to test the sample data, this paper finds that organizational justice has a significant positive impact on knowledge workers' job crafting; Furthermore, psychological ownership and organizational trust plays a chain mediating role between them.
