Application of the equations to determine the theoretical site attenuation at different heights and distances and actual site calibration measurements reveal some causes and relationships that can contribute to potential differences in product emission measurements at different sites when measurements are made according to the FCC rules or the VDE rules and in the near future to agencies following the rules in CISPR 22.
