The purpose of this study is 1) To describe about the motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, commitment and performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze whether the motivation, organizational citizenship behavior and commitment affect simultaneously on employee performance, 3) To test and analyze the motivation to influence the work performance of employees, 4) To test and analyze the effect of OCB partially on employee performance, 5) To test and analyze the effect of commitment partially on employee performance. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, OCB and commitment had significant effect on employee performance. Partially, motivation, OCB and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究的人口是帕梅卡桑县区域秘书处综合科的所有雇员,总样本为64人。本研究的目的是:1)描述员工的动机、组织公民行为、承诺和绩效,2)测试和分析动机、组织公民行为和承诺是否同时影响员工绩效,3)测试和分析影响员工工作绩效的动机,4)测试和分析组织公民行为对员工绩效的部分影响。5)测试和分析部分承诺对员工绩效的影响。结果表明,激励、组织公民行为和承诺同时对员工绩效有显著影响。部分地,激励、组织公民行为和承诺对员工绩效有显著影响。在地区秘书处一般部门,组织公民行为变量对员工绩效的影响占主导地位。关键词:动机、组织公民行为、承诺、工作绩效
