Modular topology helps to improve efficiency and flexibility of PV system. Used individual MPPT technique for each solar panel to extract maximum power from the solar panel and used individual control scheme of each dc link voltage. For the three phase grid connected application, there is unbalanced supplied power due to PV mismatches. To solve this problem used control scheme with modulation compensation. Simulation result is representing to verify control method. 摘要

本文提出了一种用于并网应用的带MPPT的三相五电平级联h桥光伏逆变器。太阳能与电网的互联是当今最热门的话题。本文的主要目的是研究以光伏阵列为独立直流电源的级联h桥多电平逆变器的控制策略。模块化拓扑结构有助于提高光伏系统的效率和灵活性。每个太阳能板采用单独的MPPT技术,从太阳能板中提取最大功率,每个直流链路电压采用单独的控制方案。在三相并网应用中,由于光伏失配导致供电功率不平衡。为了解决这一问题,采用了带调制补偿的控制方案。仿真结果验证了控制方法的有效性。利用MATLAB/simulink建立了仿真模型。
