To support the process and everything related to hotel operation, as a baby step it is necessary to create hotel management system. The system was designed using Windows-based application (Bistone Hotel Management System). Subsequently, the research and development were carried out based on waterfall model (Requirements Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and Unit System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance). As for the evaluation, the room reservation system was measured by quantitative approach using 30 respondents. The results obtained in this study were hotel reservation system which included setting room types, room rates, facilities, room numbers, guest input, making reservations, and printing invoices/receipts for the initial process. Based on USE Questionnaire, the results showed that the percentage of usefulness 81.2%, ease of use 80.2%, ease of learning 80%, and satisfaction 76%. 摘要
Poliwangi Jinggo Hotel是专门用于教育目的的,它将被用作教学工厂(TEFA),也就是说,这家酒店将在不久的将来上市。为了支持与酒店运营相关的流程和一切,创建酒店管理系统是必要的。本系统采用基于windows的应用程序(Bistone Hotel Management system)进行设计。随后,基于瀑布模型(需求分析与定义、系统与软件设计、实现与单元测试、集成与单元系统测试、运维)进行研发。在评价方面,客房预订系统采用定量方法测量,共有30名受访者。本研究的结果是酒店预订系统,包括设置房间类型、房价、设施、房间号、客人输入、预订和打印发票/收据的初始过程。基于USE问卷,结果显示有用性占81.2%,易用性占80.2%,易学性占80%,满意度占76%。因此,可以得出结论,波利旺吉景阁酒店客房预订系统是可行的,并结合一些开发和运维过程。
