摘要

卫生界经常出现的社区问题是具有某些知识的专家,如不易获得的皮肤专家,时间有限,资金有限,无法为希望寻求治疗或与专家会面的人提供资金。因此,有必要建立一个系统,可以帮助病人和医生能够减轻他们的工作。系统是专家系统,专家系统是能够将专家的推理模拟到计算机中,从而解决通常由专家解决的问题的系统。本研究在推理方法上采用案例库推理方法,利用Sorensen系数算法对130例真菌、细菌、病毒、寄生虫、过敏、烧伤等皮肤病的新老病例的接近度进行求值,分为104例训练数据和26例测试数据。测试结果表明,该系统的最高准确率为100%,最低准确率为83.33%。
