摘要

本文介绍了数字LCR仪表的实现方法。实现的系统基于AD5933集成电路,由ATmega128单片机控制。可以计算被测器件的电阻、电容、电感以及耗散、品质等因素。工作频率范围从5到100千赫,频率扫描功能在最大511步。设备具有完整的独立功能,LCD显示结果和键盘配置。创建的测量和计算值报告存储在micro SD卡上,格式与MS Excel兼容,确保易于在PC上离线分析。通过与市售LCR仪表的比较,验证了所研制系统的精度。
