水稻(Oryza sativa Linn.)是大部分人口最广泛消费的食品之一。印度的农产品是世界上人口最多的3个国家。目前的工作是比较Ghoti地区不同品种大米的精米和未精米,我的工作选择的大米品种是Kolpi和Indrayani。通过估算总碳水化合物、估算总蛋白质和估算总淀粉,可以对大米进行比较鉴定。其主要目的是了解精米和糙米品种之间的植物化学成分,鉴定大米品种的营养成分,传播精米和糙米的科学意识,鉴别掺假。
