The research has 66 students as sample of the research. The technique of data analysis used SPSS multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research showed that learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on English language skills and the college environment had a positive effect but not really significant on the English skills of students at Ushuluddin and Adab Faculty of Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten.
