In this paper, 160kV mechanical DC circuit breaker is used as the research object, and the time history analysis method is used to study its seismic performance under 9.0 fortification intensity earthquake. Firstly, according to the seismic design specifications of power facilities, three kinds of seismic waves were selected, and then the seismic performance of mechanical DC circuit breakers under three different seismic wave inputs was simulated and calculated, and the stress cloud map of mechanical DC circuit breakers was obtained. The results show that the existing design of 160kV mechanical DC circuit breaker meets the seismic strength requirements under the seismic excitation of 9 magnitude fortification intensity. 摘要

机械式直流断路器在地震作用下容易发生故障,其抗震性能有待深入研究。本文以160kV机械直流断路器为研究对象,采用时程分析方法研究其在9.0设防烈度地震作用下的抗震性能。首先,根据电力设施抗震设计规范,选取3种地震波,模拟计算了3种不同地震波输入下机械直流断路器的抗震性能,得到了机械直流断路器的应力云图。结果表明,现有160kV机械直流断路器设计满足9级设防烈度地震激励下的抗震强度要求。与EI-Centro地震波相比,汶川地震波对断路器结构的破坏更大。
