The concept of digital economy is spreading quickly as human has entered the information age. Digital economy contains a wide range of things for anything relating to using digital data either directly or indirectly to lead the production of aggregation effects of resources, which starts a whole profound revolution of society and economy. This paper will discuss about the innovation in the development of digital economy, focusing on innovation effect, purchase quality and green development. Some limitations might be found in the process of research due to some non-linear linkages in certain economic relationships and some difficulties in the technology of model designs. For the policy used in the whole digital economy and digital reform, it is necessary for it to better analyze the local economic model, activate the consumer market, and drive the growth of the entire consumer.
