近年来,各种高速连接器被用于数据传输。在高速数据传输的情况下,高速连接器的设计不仅要考虑其机械特性,而且要考虑其电气特性。本文提出了一种用于电视机顶盒的10gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C连接器。高速数据传输需要考虑信号完整性(SI),包括特征阻抗、插入损耗和回波损耗。利用三维电磁求解器对该连接器进行时域和频域仿真,验证了其改进的SI性能。此外,根据所提出的连接器设计,它在20 Gbps的数据速率下显示出优越的SI特性,预计将达到下一代连接器的数据速率。
