In addition, the optimal ratio about magnet length and width under same volume is clarified from the perspective of maximization of interlinkage magnetic flux. It is proved that the ratio has only one point to maximize the interlinkage magnetic flux. 摘要

研制了一种可独立实现两个方向运动的交叉耦合二自由度平面直驱电机。本文完成了平面磁体磁通密度的推导。通过电磁分析计算结果与分析结果的对比,验证了推导方程的正确性。本文还利用导出的磁通密度理论方程计算了理论推力。通过实际设备的实验验证了理论推力的正确性。此外,从连锁磁通量最大化的角度出发,明确了相同体积下磁体长度与宽度的最佳比值。证明了该比率只有一个点能使联动磁通最大化。通过计算结果与分析结果的对比,验证了推导出的优化比例。
