A multi-channel multiplexer unit with low coupling capacitance is used for automated data acquisition. The hardware system, including the impedance analyser and the multiplexer unit is controlled by a MatLab Simulink Graphical User Interface (GUI). Image reconstruction algorithms and data analysis are implemented.
