Among these 8 factors, recruitment has the biggest influence and human resource development policy has the smallest influence on the development of the university’s faculty. 摘要

民办高校的人力资源管理对高校教师人力资源的开发有着重要的影响。人力资源管理主要影响高校讲师资源的开发,其功能可分为讲师的招聘、安排与利用、工作环境、人力资源开发政策、薪酬与补偿政策、培训与开发、学校信息沟通、学校预算等8个方面。在这8个因素中,招聘对学校师资队伍发展的影响最大,人力资源开发政策对学校师资队伍发展的影响最小。在此基础上,笔者提出了促进民办高校师资队伍发展的几点建议。

The Effects of Human Resources Management on Developing Teachers of Non-Public Universities in Vietnam
