摘要

针对现有继电保护通信通道的现状和问题,设计了一种基于SDH系统2M光/电接口的继电保护通信通道,主要应用于新老变电站之间的新线,旧站现有光传输设备已停产,配套的2M光接口板已无法购买线路保护通道;并已成功应用于国网内蒙古东部供电公司新线项目。对应用系统的功能指标进行了测试,测试和应用结果表明,该信道可节省大量通信设施资源,有效减轻投运后的运维工作负担,节省投资和建设期;并且更加经济,能够满足电网生产方面的安全稳定可靠的需要,能够给继电保护系统的建设、运行维护带来诸多好处。
