ECONOMIC PARADIGM OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER CONDITIONS OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION

This article is about the process of import substitution in the regions. The authors determine the reasons for and the need for import substitution, explore the degree of need for individual regions and the state as a whole to replace imported goods with domestic counterparts. The article proposes the key parameters of the import substitution process from the standpoint of regional specifics. At the same time, the emphasis is on an innovative development path using modern digital technologies.
