These modules are connected to AMBA (Advanced Microcontroller Bus Architecture) bus. The EFMCU is operated with a clock frequency of 66 MHz at 3.3 V single power, and can support both on-chip and on-board programming of the embedded flash. The technology of EFMCU is the 0.35 /spl mu/m triple-well 2-poly 3-Metal CMOS process.
